IT Governance & Process Officer – Analista de Governança & Processos de TI PL
Governance Framework & Processes Management:
?Develop, implement, and maintain governance frameworks that align with corporate policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
?Monitor and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
?Support the development and periodic review of governance policies, ensuring they reflect current business needs and regulatory requirements.
?Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that governance policies are communicated effectively and are understood by relevant stakeholders.
?Ensure that governance policies are aligned with best practices in risk management, compliance, and IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, CoBIT, Lean, or Six Sigma).
System Process Design & Optimization:
?Analyze existing IT processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
?Design, document, and implement new IT processes that optimize service delivery and improve overall efficiency across IT operations.
?Work with IT teams to assess the effectiveness of current processes and propose improvements based on industry best practices.
?Develop and maintain process documentation, including process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines.
?Ensure that all IT processes are aligned with organizational goals and IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
?Work closely with the IT, HR, Finance, and Faculty departments to ensure alignment on governance practices and process improvement strategies.
?Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to resolve governance and processes-related issues and implement necessary changes.
?Participate in cross-functional committees or working groups focused on improving processes and ensuring compliance across the organization.
Required / Necessários
?Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
?ITIL Foundation certification is required (Intermediate and Expert certifications are a plus).
Desired / Desejáveis
? Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management (PMI).
?Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus
