2282 SENIOR SYSTEM PERFORMANCE ENGINEER (35131)

Requirements:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field;
Experience with Automotive Cab Climate and/or Thermal Management systems;
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, fault tracing, and root cause analysis;
Experience with embedded software development and/or calibration;
Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink and C programming;
Fluent communication skills in both written and verbal English;
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
Structured, proactive, and collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
Passion for continuous learning and technical excellence;
Experience with Cab Climate and/or Thermal Management systems;
Knowledge of automotive communication protocols and standards, such as CAN, AUTOSAR, and ASPICE; and tools such as ATI Vision and Vector CANalyzer;
Experience working in an Agile environment (SAFe);
Commercial driver's license (Category: C, D, or E).

Activities:
This position requires strong troubleshooting and calibration expertise, technical leadership, and the ability to manage complex developments in a multidisciplinary environment;
Lead vehicle troubleshooting and root cause analysis to develop robust and effective technical solutions;
Drive cab climate system performance, calibration, and parameterization across diverse truck applications;
Develop, optimize, and maintain thermal control functions and related system requirements throughout the product lifecycle;
Define and manage functional, system, and product requirements in alignment with customer and business needs;
Plan, coordinate, and execute verification and validation activities, including test definition, result analysis, and requirement validation;
Support vehicle and system testing to ensure successful integration, issue resolution, and product readiness;
Assess the impact of new requirements and engineering changes across functional and software domains;
Collaborate with hardware, software, systems, and calibration engineers to deliver integrated termal management solutions;
Lead technical reviews, maintain system documentation, and prepare technical reports;
Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, engineering best practices, and technical knowledge sharing;
Ensure system quality, technical maturity, and compliance with functional and non- functional requirements before release.
