Requirements:
-Desired Master of Science (equivalent to Engineering degree in Brazil) or ongoing course – Electrical or Mechatronics;
-Depth technical knowledge on truck vehicle systems within its area of operation (Electric and Electronics, desirable knowledge on BEV) including analysis capability for identification and troubleshooting;
-General knowledge of truck applications (specifications, load capacity, etc.);
-Fluency in English is fundamental, additional language skills (Spanish) are appreciated;
-Competent computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
-Knowledge of the technical support process (Argus Dealer);
-Knowledge in Power BI to deal with TS performance dashboard;
-Knowledge of support systems Argus QJ, Argus DQR, QRS, Volvo Portal, LVD, VDA +, KOLA, Impact, etc.;
-General knowledge of the Dealer network for sponsorship approach to Dealers and Markets;
-Commercial Vehicle driver’s license (preferred).
Activities:
-Support Dealers and Markets to resolve all heavy-duty and medium-duty Electric and Electronic related problems that might occur in customer trucks;
-Support Truck BEV (Battery Electric Vehicles) running in LAM;
-Develop containment actions to temporarily resolve customer issues;
-Act as the key person representing the market/end-customer in different product quality forums within GTT;
-Attend product quality conferences presenting the latest news and solutions to customers;
-Analyze and work with support systems remotely from the office;
-Travel occasionally to investigate and resolve problems at customer location.
