Requisitos:
-Master of Science (equivalent to engineer degree in Brazil) – Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics;
-Higher graduation level is a merit;
-Fluent in English and Portuguese, written and spoken.
-DOE methodology;
-Calibration tools such as: ATI-Vision, ETAS-Inca, AVL-Creta, CANalyzer;
-Data analysis and optimization tools such as: Python, Matlab, Uniplot, VBA, GT-power;
-Proven hands-on experience in project(s) of medium and high complexity;
-Understand the heavy-duty market and applications;
-Ability to identify technical risks;
-Understand powertrain operation;
-Be able to work in engine test bench and vehicle;
-Knowledge of software calibration of diesel engines, after-treatment systems and vehicle;
-Knowledge in Euro III, IV, V, VI legislations and engine certification proc.
Atividades:
-Support the calibration of diesel engines and after-treatment systems to specified targets within limits for emissions, power, fuel consumption, diagnostic, and other Powertrain features;
-Plan, prepare and execute engine test cell and vehicle activities;
-Analyze data, perform calculations and simulations on which regards combustion and after-treatment;
-Participate on software development strategies and hardware specification;
-Organizing calibration files for formal production line deployment;
-Participate in engine development projects, considering risks and costs;
-Solve quality issues in product maintenance.
