THE POSITIONnAs a Visit Monitor, you will guide the visitor experience from the first contact to the final smile of appreciation, ensuring that every interaction is engaging, pleasant, clear, and aligned with the project and client objectives.nThis position is ideal for those who have an affinity for technology! You will work in a highly interactive environment, filled with digital solutions, hands-on demonstrations, and plenty of conversations about innovation. If you are a curious person, enjoy understanding how things work, and are excited about new developments in the tech world, this is the place for you!nIn your day-to-day, you will:nConduct guided tours for different audiences (executives, press, students, and clients), using storytelling and clear communication to engage visitors.nPrepare and internalize the visit content, adapting the language according to the audience profile.nEnsure the best experience by managing schedules, logistics, and unexpected situations, always maintaining a high standard of service.nPresent and interact fluently in Spanish, conducting full tours in the language when necessary.nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSnStrong communication skills, with the ability to lead groups and interact with different profiles.nOrganization and planning skills to manage content, checklists, and schedules autonomously.nPrevious experience in Education or Communication (teaching, training, guiding, monitoring, or similar roles).nAffinity or interest in technology topics such as AI, software, hardware, and related areas.nFluent English: you must be able to conduct the entire tour naturally in the language.nAvailability for on-site work in São Paulo (SP), Monday to Friday.nDIFFERENTIALSnDegree in Education, Communication, Public Relations, History, Tourism, or related fields.nProficiency in a third language (such as Spanish).nPrevious experience in corporate reception, events, or group facilitation.nBENEFITSnWell-being Allowance: R$150.00nPartnership with Total PassnPartnership with VittudenSESC AgreementnTransportation VouchernMeal Allowance: R$32.00 per daynHealth and Dental Plan 100% covered by the company
