O que você irá fazer
-Requirements Analysis: Working with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating these needs into clear technical requirements for the project.
-Technology Selection: Helping to choose the most suitable technologies for the project, considering factors such as scalability, cost, ease of integration, and alignment with the company’s strategy.
-Solution Implementation: Coordinating the implementation of systems, whether developing new applications, integrating existing systems, or migrating data and systems to new platforms.
-Training and Capacity Building: Providing training to the client’s team on new tools and systems implemented, ensuring that all users know how to utilize the new features.
-Change Management: Assisting in adapting organizational processes to the new technologies implemented, ensuring that changes are well-received and effectively implemented.
-Quality Management: Ensuring that project deliverables meet agreed-upon quality standards, conducting tests and reviews to ensure that the final product meets the specifications.
Requisitos
-College Degree Completed
-Experience in project management/ implementation
-Experience in technology projects
-Language English and Portuguese
-Hybrid model, with travel requirements (approximately 30% domestic and international travel).
