O que você irá fazer:
– Implementation of Solutions: Coordinate the implementation of systems, with a focus on Accounting/Tax/Controlling, gathering requirements and integrating existing systems or migrating data and systems to new platforms;
– Requirements Analysis: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate those needs into clear technical requirements for the project;
– Training and Capacity Building: Provide training to the client’s team on the new tools and systems implemented, ensuring that all users know how to use the new resources;
– Change Management: Help adapt organizational processes to new technologies implemented, ensuring that changes are well received and effectively applied;
– Quality Management: Ensure that project deliverables meet agreed quality standards, carrying out tests and reviews to ensure that the final product meets specifications.
Requisitos:
– College Degree Completed
– Experience in project management/ implementation, , with a focus on Accounting/Tax/Controlling
– Experience in technology projects
– Language English and Portuguese
– Hybrid model, with travel requirements (approximately 30% domestic and international travel).
