Requirements:
-Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent);
-Strong knowledge of quality tools, root cause analysis, statistical methods, and reliability;
-Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus;
-Familiarity with truck systems and applications is appreciated;
-Proficient in Microsoft Office;
-Experience with Jira, Volvo Portal, LVD, VDA+, KOLA, Impact is appreciated;
-Understanding of the dealer network is a plus.
Activities:
-Detect, quantify, and prioritize customer quality issues;
-Lead pre-investigations and recommend containment actions (e.g., internal campaigns);
-Use tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL, Minitab to analyze data and support investigations;
-Recommend and present external campaigns to the Campaign Committee;
-Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams during the initial phases of quality issues solving process;
-Communicate effectively with stakeholders across GTT, GTO, and brands;
-Support new projects with field experience and contribute to long-term quality roadmaps;
-Ensure the customer voice is represented in problem-solving processes;
-Identify potential safety-related issues and escalate appropriately;
-Predict and report quality KPIs to the organization.
