Graded Internship Program
Our program is designed to develop, train, and integrate new professionals into the job market, providing a rich experience in learning, challenges, and growth. Applications are now open for the new academic year starting in July 2025.
That’s right—our school year starts in July! Graded follows the American academic calendar, and here, English is much more than just a plus—it’s the language of everyday life! About 30% of our staff are native English speakers, and more than half of our students are too! This means you’ll be speaking, listening, reading, and writing in English all the time, improving your fluency naturally in a fully immersive environment.
If you’re looking for an international, collaborative, and inspiring environment where every student is encouraged to go beyond, this is the place for you! We believe education has the power to change the world, and we are looking for young talents who share that same vision.
Who are we looking for?
University students seeking a challenging internship, who take charge of their own stories, are passionate about our mission, and are determined to make a positive impact!
